About Steve

Steve is Executive Director of the Powercat Group and has a strong background in business, finance and accounting. Steve, along with Vince, decided to branch into the commercial realty industry, forming Powercat Realty in 2008.

This extensive background in providing comprehensive and timely commercial advice is what gives Steve the edge in assisting current business owners to promote and market their enterprises.

Steve has had 30 years of experience having specialised in the Queensland commercial property sector most of his working life. He was previously an Accountant and Partner with Power Tynan until 2008.

Steve has had direct exposure to regional shopping centre and commercial tenancy properties and has managed commercial property Trusts for more than 15 years. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (QUT) and Fellow of REIQ.
