Andrew is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Powercat Group.

With over 32 years industry experience, Andrew has expertise in the creation and operation of property funds and fixed income managed investments, including overall management and delivery of projects from product identification and assessment, asset acquisition and divestment, capital raising, development management, tenancy co-ordination, project leasing and marketing.

Andrew was previously Head of Funds Management at Stockwell and was with the group for 22 years. In 2012, he established and headed the Funds Management business, and by the end of 2023 was responsible for the establishment of over 35 fixed income and property funds for some 415 UHNW and HNW family groups and individual investors.

He was also the responsible manager for the AFS license, reported to the Investment Committee and was a member of the Stockwell management team.

Andrew has previously held senior management positions in property investment and development organisations, and in 1994 was the founding director of Charlton Group.
