SETTLED | Sarina Beach Shopping Centre

The Powercat Group is proud to announce the acquisition of the Sarina Beach Shopping Centre in the Mackay region for $24.3 million.

The fully leased neighbourhood shopping centre is anchored by a full-line Cornetts IGA and K-Hub, the only department store in the region. The acquisition includes additional expansion land for future development opportunities.


SETTLED | Fitzroy & East, Rockhampton

The Powercat Group is proud to announce the acquisition of the Fitzroy and East commercial office building at 36 East Street in Rockhampton for $15 million.

The property is majority leased to State and Federal Government agencies, providing secure and reliable income. Other nationally recognised tenants include Seven Network and AON Corporation. 

Originally purpose built by the Commonwealth Government, the commercial office building consists of five stories and a basement carpark, with dual frontage to both Fitzroy and East streets.

The asset is strategically located in the Rockhampton Business District, which serves as the primary hub for government, corporate office and professional services for the region.

SETTLED | Northway Plaza Shopping Centre

The Powercat Group is proud to announce the acquisition of the Northway Plaza Shopping Centre in Bundaberg from ASX-listed Elanor Investors Group for $18.54 million.

Northway Plaza is a well performing neighbourhood shopping centre anchored by a full-line Cornetts IGA Everfresh supermarket and 11 non-discretionary focused specialty retailers. The acquisition includes an additional 5,000m2 for future development opportunities.
