SETTLED | Northway Plaza Shopping Centre
The Powercat Group is proud to announce the acquisition of the Northway Plaza Shopping Centre in Bundaberg from ASX-listed Elanor Investors Group for $18.54 million.
Northway Plaza is a well performing neighbourhood shopping centre anchored by a full-line Cornetts IGA Everfresh supermarket and 11 non-discretionary focused specialty retailers. The acquisition includes an additional 5,000m2 for future development opportunities on the two adjoining pad sites and within the main centre.
